These are wonderful Kegel exercisers with the exception of the center connector. The center connector does not bend easily and it is hart to stuff it all up. You will want to have the lube handy since it is a larger toy and the silicone has some drag to it. If you are searching for a larger Kegel exerciser and you are not bothered by the latex cord, please give this one some consideration.
