Posh Silicone O balls is a weighted kegal exerciser. It can be used by any woman who can handle to size. This is definitely NOT safe to use anally. These can be used on just about any occasion. They do not make any noise when inserted and the retrieval cord, once inserted, is short enough to be hidden when wearing underwear. I have read reviews on similar toys that stated the string is too long and bulky to stay hidden but not with these.

The Posh Silicone O balls are made of silicone, rated a 10 on the eden safety scale. They are hypo-allergenic, latex free, non-porous, and phthalates free. There is no noticeable smell. The balls are soft but extremely firm with no give whatsoever. There is a flower design on each of them but other than that they are smooth. I could not feel the flower texture when inserted so I believe they are fine for both beginners and advanced users.

I really like the design of these. They are round with no sharp edges and the flowers are very cute. I really like that the cord is also made of silicone. I am not really a fan of how large the balls are though. The overall length is 7 inches and a diameter of 1 1/2 inches. The weight is 2.8 oz. I think the combination of the size and firmness was just a little too much for me. I didn't really notice the weight much or have any issues with them wanting to coming out. I would suggest using a water-based lubricant(silicone lube could have a bad reaction so I would advise against it) to help guide them in. I do not think this toy is discreet but they are small enough to travel with.

I think the Posh Silicone O balls are a good quality product at a very reasonable price. I really like the design and that the whole toy is made out of silicone. The cord is also really handy and makes retrieval simple and easy. It is a good toy for beginners because there is not a lot to it. Just insert and squeeze around the balls. I am kind of torn on how I feel about these because they do have a lot of good qualities. I think the size was just too much for me. It made it difficult to fit both of them in and once inserted they had nowhere to go. I haven't noticed them making a difference in my muscle strength yet but i haven't been using them for very long.

The Posh Silicone O balls are very easy to care for. Just wash them with soap and water, toy wipes, or disinfect with a 10% bleach solution. As stated above, silicone lubricants should not be used with a silicone toy because it could have a bad reaction and ruin your toy. Water-based lubricant is recommended.

The packaging is very simple. It comes in a white box with a picture of the toy and a few bullet point features of the toy. It is not really good for storage purposes but is just fine for shipping.
