The Love Point is made from TPR - a plastic that is firm, tasteless and odorless. The smooth, soft texture conducts vibrations well and is very easy to hold. The size, design, and material are all well suited for any users.

The quasi-teardrop design allows the Love Point to be held firmly in the palm of one's hand or grasped with a few fingers. This, combined with the vibrator's diminutive size, allows for an incredible ease of use. It can be used to apply clitoral stimulation (with and without vaginal penetration) or anal penetration in a wide range of positions.

The combination of the size and the strength of the vibrations make the Love Point an excellent choice for those hoping to incorporate something other than manual stimulation during intercourse. It also works well for teasing and combining with your tongue and/or fingers.

The size also makes the Love Point a great option for tossing in a purse, bag, or pocket for use on the go. While anyone (but the very, very naive) would clearly see that this is a vibrator upon closer inspection, its innocuous purple color and friendly-looking design don't immediately scream out "I'm a sex toy!"

The Love Point operates through a convenient, easy to use push button control at the base of the toy. A quick press cycles the vibrations through three levels of intensity, ranging from a light hum to something on par with most AA-operated vibrators with a larger, longer shaft.

While the controls are easy to use and conveniently located at the base, the plastic cover prevents accidental changes to the vibrations. It is possible to hold and use the toy without undue concern about switching it off or upping the intensity level unintentionally.

The vibrations are strongest towards the base of the toy, but they do transfer well to the tip of the Love Point. This allows the toy to be used at a variety of angles without any clear sacrifice of vibration intensity.

The noise levels are comparable to those of an electric toothbrush and the sound itself (that persistent humming) is quite similar. It operates with four watch batteries. Two sets are included - the heir and the spare, so to speak. Although watch batteries can be more of a pain to track down when you need a new set, their longevity and their power seem to very much compensate for the inconvenience.

The Love Point is entirely waterproof and there is no difference in performance in the water or out.

The Love Point can be washed with soap and warm water, or toy cleaner. It is compatible with all lubricants.

I have personally had mixed results when it comes to storing vibrators made out of TPR. In some cases, contact with other toys have caused the material to warp and melt. In other cases, I can toss the vibrator in a drawer with my other toys and have no adverse reaction. If you'd like to err on the side of caution, store the Love Point in its original packaging or in a plastic/fabric bag.

Remember that TPR is porous. If you plan on sharing the toy with multiple partners, protect all those involved from the accidental transmission of bacteria and disease by using a condom or other non-porous barrier with the vibrator. The compact size makes the Love Point very easy to slip into a condom.
