I loved it you can get some suction on it with the sleeve on and its good just need to adjust it. I used it on both nipples and clit and was great. It still works now but just as a bullet. Its beginning to show signs of the cord breaking but its served me well and its a good toy. All things give out with normal ware and tear. =3
