The attachments are:

2. Buffer-this attachment is round and made out of soft foam for a feel unlike you've ever experienced.
3. Dualer-an attachment with two cone-like but round tipped protrusions that you can use to envelope your clitoris
4. Wide-nubbed-this is another wide and round attachment except with rounded nubs instead of ticklers.
5. Large bump-this is the same as the dualer except with only one larger cone.
Deciding where to start might be difficult, but the controls aren't-one slider operates all the action; the first setting is low vibrations and high heat, and the second high vibrations and low heat.
Over six feet of cord ensures you won't need to fuss around with batteries, and for further convenience, don't forget that you can use this massager anywhere on your body. The head measures 9.75-inches around, not including attachments.

Good range of attachments!
Highly recommended (no kidding) for sore muscles. The attachments don't reach well for any "private parts" play, so NOT part of our "adult toys"....but still a GREAT vibe for SORE muscle use.

This one really leaves a lot to be desired considering the price. The width of the handle makes placement extremely awkward. The attachments may be varied, but they are also unappealing. In addition, the heat can become overwhelming (in a bad way) very quickly. When I do use this one, it is strictly for 'warm-up', using the black side...like I said before, the attachments are just too stiff and oddly shaped to really do much for me. The only way I've ever climaxed has been to use the massager for clitoral stimulation at the same time as a vibrating dildo. It was good...but an awful lot of work when I could have just sprung for the Hitachi and left this one on the shelf.
Good while it lasted, which was a couple weeks before it broke.
