The rigid plastic core housing the vibrating motor is covered with a thick, black, spiked and ridged TPE sleeve. The sleeve is unexpectedly soft and pliable with the last inch being extra giving due to the hard plastic vibrator not being as long as the sleeve. The combination of the firm internal shaft and the yielding sleeve with stimulating nubs do make g-spot stimulation possible in spite of this toy not being specifically designed, shape wise, to do so. But, again, with the ridges and spikes and all, it is an intense experience. It had a slight odor when removed from the packaging, but it did not last and was not nearly as bad as some toys I've owned.

The Fantasy Fire is phthalates free, however TPE is a material known to irritate some people, so proceed with caution if you've had such a reaction or have never used a toy made out of TPE.

Given the design of this toy, without any flared base of any kind, anal use is not recommended.

The Fantasy Fire is 1 3/4 inches in diameter, 8 1/4 inches long and has an insertable length of 6 3/4 inches(what, you expected Darth would have a tiny cock? I don't think so!). I found the girth of this vibrator just enough to require lube for comfortable use. And even with lube, I found the studded design to be overstimulating with internal thrusting. The stimulation was not painful, as one might expect when first seeing this toy, but not a sensation that gave me pleasure. This is not to say the toy would not be just the thing for someone else, but I have discovered I have a strong preference for vaginal insertion is a smooth surfaced toy. A word about batteries: This toy takes 2 AA batteries, but I had trouble using rechargeable batteries with it. It worked, but the vibration was VERY weak. I am pretty ambivalent about this product. I enjoyed the external stimulation but absolutely did not like how it felt during thrusting.
