Yikes - that totally sux! Good thing you can send it back.
I first got this product fresh out of the box, I twisted the battery cap for it to come off, and when I twisted it back on, it wouldn't go on. Apparently, I twisted it on wrong, and it got stuck. Now, I cannot use it. It's very cheaply made, I can't wait to send it back.
This is a very fun toy, and there are so many ways in using it.
I took my time before I have chosen this product, I even asked for a customer service help, as could not decide which vibrator to purchase. I am so pleased with my purchase, also it arrived 2days earlier then expected, in a beautiful package. I so love my new "friend"!
