I enjoyed Joanna Angel's spiked duotone balls. I found them easy to insert with generous lube or by placing them in a condom. I definitely felt them. It took a few minutes to get comfortable with the string sticking out. At first it felt like they might pop out but soon I was running around my house, doing work outs and enjoying all my trips up and down stairs. The only thing I disliked was the feeling of having to pee all the time from where it presses.

I think this item would be great for certain people. For me I found that it just wasn't a comfortable fit and that they were too big and bulky.

I think, if you are experienced with balls, and exercisers, this is a great fun, vibrant toy to add to your collection. If you are a beginner, I would suggest looking around at the other products offered. For me, insertion, and removal were difficult. And the sensation of the nubs were lost after they were already inside. So, though it makes for a fabulous toy, it was a little disappointing for me.
