The Haute in the City dress is pretty hot, but only if your boobs are a B or a small C. The dress also spreads your boobs apart and leaves your chest looking like you have no boobs at all. Petite girls; this dress would work perfectly for you.

The Haute in the City Dress was a disappointment for me because of one major flaw - the back band. Why couldn't it be a tie like the halter?! But no...it had to be made as an uncomfortably sized and designed piece of the dress. Thankfully this will work best for pear shapes and isn't a total loss.
