If you can buy only one product for your PC muscles - this is the one to buy. Yes, you'll have to make some time to use it, but the results are so good you'll be motivated to keep using it. I can't say enough how awesome this product is.

I'm not sure if its the most effective exerciser, but its close in its effectiveness with Energie and the PC Muscle Exercisor.
