If you can buy only one product for your PC muscles - this is the one to buy. Yes, you'll have to make some time to use it, but the results are so good you'll be motivated to keep using it. I can't say enough how awesome this product is.

I agree with you about this one. The Kegelcisor and Energie are the best kegel exercisers - much better than any ball exerciser.

Nice review! What's funny is googling this product is how I discovered EF! But I still haven't bought it. I got the energie and intensity and I like them, but this is the classic that I saw in childbirth classes over 21 years ago! Thanks for the review, and thanks for sharing how effective it was for you!

Gracie - The Energie is supposed to be really good. I haven't tried it to compare this one to. I never went to childbirth classes. Interesting that they would talk about Kegels and whatnot. I figured anything like that would be off limits for a baby class.
