I'm trying to figure out what would the best choice for wrist restraints for my very narrow wrists, I also have small hands meaning that wrist restraints that aren't tight enough don't hold me well. I also like to *really* struggle. If I can escape, I will escape. So, I need a good pair, ideally ones with matching ankle restraints.

Both the Luxe and the Jaguar cuffs from ASLAN are amazing, and either one would be a good buy. The Luxe cuffs are a lot more padded, a lot squishier, whereas the Jaguar cuffs are more on the thin side. The Jag cuffs have some neat color options and the Luxe cuffs only come in white, unfortunately.
As for small wrists, I have VERY small wrists and ASLAN's stuff is always good on me. The only thing is that sometimes you have to kind of overlap the ends a bit, but it's nothing too troubling.
Jor has uber-tiny wrists. Like most watches don't fit right. And there's only one real pair of cuffs that fits him him. It's the Purple Fur Wrist Restraints on here. They hold up well too. I can't comment on the other ones you've listed.
I've met other with this issue, most eventually had cuffs made for them when they found what they really wanted. There's also the divinity line with Spartacus that uses velcro, so I'd think it can close to a larger range of wrist sizes because of that.
Just measured our dragon silk wrists, and at the smallest setting, internal diameter is 1 3/4". Which looks pretty small to me. Largest setting is about 3". Multiply by 3.142 for circumference!
Not on your list, but I've always found adjustable belts very good for this. Leather belts are great for restraints. I know from experience it kept my 6' 200-something lb ex-bf well in place. Also, works really well if you're on a budget

Oh and zip tie handcuffs are great! They can get really tight. There really is no minimum to how small they can go.
Here's one site. They also sell other professional grade handcuffs too. The best stuff for that is professional grade like for the military and police department.
I got a hand on some since my ex was in the military and liked being restrained.

I could not tell you with the cuffs but I also have small wrists and hands and easily get out of everything I would just suggest rope and working with the rope and making cuffs out of the rope. That way you can make it the perfect size for your wrists. also if you like color you could either buy colored rope or dye the white rope.

Yep. Just got a velcro pair by Kinklab that I actually don't see on EF, but the velcro makes them easily adjustable enough to fit a doll's wrists.
