We did lasagna last night, and some orange juice and brown sugar glazed ham recently before that... Pizza a while ago... Leftover night!

I am making shrimp with pasta. I use Adobo and Sazon which are Spanish seasonings put the shrimp in a little bit of water to have a sauce because the Sazon turns the water red and then I pour that over the pasta.

Left over pizza, but last night was the good date night dinner; scalloped potatoes, rosemary herb peppercorn crusted grilled tri tip and grilled asparagus. It was so good we both passed out with food coma afterwards and didn't get to the rest of date night activities.

Tonight is surprise burrito night, as my roommate is closing his the burrito place where he works and always brings home one for me as well. Its called a surprise because its always what is left at the end of the day so they don't let the cooked/prepared food that they cannot of course reuse the next day go to waste.
