#10YearsOfEden - Eden Always Has Something for Me!

Contributor: TheSinDoll TheSinDoll
I'm constantly changing my mind. I don't like returning things. Even with a lot of points, it's hard for me to decide.

I find everything is worth trying at least once, though I may not have decided on any purchases yet I'm sure I will soon enough.

It seems that I'm always having a hard decided between two or three similar items. Right now, for example, I'm torn between three different sets of kegel balls. The reviews make each of them sound great, but when it comes down to it, I can't settle on just one!

I love the reviews. Recently I purchased a Joque harness based on reviews. I love that I have all this experience at my fingers!

I find it super difficult to chose what to buy. If I could, I'd buy it all!!

I love EF compare feature, as well as the Wishlist with the status updates for products that are currently out of date. Combine the ability to "save" favorite items for later with the incredible user reviews and it's always easy to make choices - because you can always come back later and get the rest of it. I love this website! Everything you need, everything you want and great products that you never knew were necessary but it turns out they are!

I find it difficult what to choose, I have a couple of wishlists that I post to and then discuss with the wife.

Ugh I always find myself spending a long time debating what products to try, even then there's always a hint of caution.

I spend minutes, sometimes even hours, just trying to figure out what is good, what feels bad, and what's within the budget. But you somehow always make ways so that customers would get a bit of something of everything in a really reasonable price!

I don't really have a hard time deciding what to purchase - I read the reviews and just get it

I love your site there is always something to read and cool stuff to buy. I like the point system because I haven't ever seen anything like that on any other site. I also love the giveaways you do it makes it easier on those of us that are not as finacially blessed as others to experience new things.

The reviews are very helpful in making a decision on what things to try out!

I think in addition to returns, there should be a recycle program. Either for old toys or ones you cannot return (due to throwing out packaging, or having kept it too long, etc). If you have something you do not use and its parts can be recycled, then there should be a program for that so as to keep it discreet. Imagine sending it through the regular recycle. How embarrassing. Plus I bet a regular recycle would just toss it.

Maybe even a silicone sterilizing and repackaging program (if anyone would go for that).

I have a set group of toys I want to buy in the future at set times.
I will try not to stray from that set up. If there is an awesome sale then my plans go out the window.
It's a unorganized free-for-all.

How many times do you find yourself set to make a purchase and then see something else you'd like to try?

I keep finding things I want but missing the sales because of my boyfriend's pay schedule! That's why my wishlists are a mile long

Do you find it difficult to make decisions when you see two or more things you'd really like to have?

In general, I have a certain "type" of toy I have my eye on. Choosing between multiples of that type usually depend on reviews or which one really catches my eye...that and sales, of course

Are you more willing to take a chance on something new because of the reviews, return policy, and other great benefits Eden offers?

The reviews are a god-send. They really help me figure out what to try out. I haven't really taken advantage of the return policy though because I've never gotten a damaged toy

I try to make sure I've got something in mind the first time so I don't end up going through something like that much. But even so, it's hard enough to make a decision if I'm limited with money (which is always). I'll usually go for something if it has decent reviews (especially video reviews), as well as offers.

There's so much on Eden that I want, it's impossible for me to make a decision sometimes The service, prices and selection are just amazing!

Eden has been amazing for my relationship. The reviews are the best part about Eden!

I agree with a lot of folks here that EF is doing great with the reviews program, and the points I earn make me more likely to try something new that I would usually not purchase because I don't know if I'll like it. As for new features, I second the toy recycling program! It might be asking a lot to get points for that, but I see no reason why toy companies can't sterilize and reuse the parts inside. Maybe it would start an earth-psitive trend?

I have the TOUGHEST time committing to any purchase, even the necessary ones. I guess it's because I know I might find something I want far more than the item I've chosen, or may need the money for something more important later. An easy and reasonable return policy would definitely ease my anxiety about buying something new. Great reviews and benefits can only help my desire for said product as well.

I usually end up looking over my wish lists for what seems like hours trying to find what I want to buy first when I make an order. I don't have much spare cash to order the things I want, so I do have to make sure I really want something before I order it. Reading reviews introduces me to products I wouldn't normally consider using. I like the return policy, too, because I can return lingerie if it doesn't fit. I don't think I'd purchase as much lingerie if I was unable to exchange it for a different size.

There's always something I'm longing for on Eden so when I set my mind on a purchase it stays on that until it's ordered. Once that order is finished I can set my sights on the next thing.

And that's what we love about you...

Ten years ago, I was struggling to do anything in life and now I'm doing something I love more than I ever could have imagined. Ten years ago, I thought I had no future and now? All I see is the future. So much so that I have to remind myself to live in the present.

We'll leave the recycling up to the experts. Maybe one day, but at this present time creating a recycling program is a monster when it comes to regulations and such. It's just too difficult when we can be focusing on making the purchasing experience ace.
