Are these safe to use with condoms?

Water-based and silicone-based lubricants are safe with condom usage. I'm not sure if ID Lubes makes any, but oil-based lubricants would not be safe with use with condoms.

NO! that is bad idea this stuff sucks it drys up!! It could break the condom!! it leaves a slime!!
