I know I should. Healthy for you and you lose weight more quickly (yes...true...body goes into SHUTDOWN fat preservation mode if you don't eat), but I am always so SO busy, by the time I THINK of getting breakfast, it is LATE into LUNCH TIME. Even then, it may be three or four PM before I get my FIRST solid food (only a cup or two of coffee till then is often MY day).
