Thanks for the advice! Is vitamin D-3 in most multivitamins? I just started taking one to try to help build up my immune system. I'll have to check it for D-3.

I'm not incredibly active, but I've been trying to exercise more lately. I'm starting the Couch to 5K program, I go to yoga classes on campus, and I do floor exercises in my dorm.

Do you like the Couch to 5k? I tried it, but got bored with their schedule. I'd rather just run and eventually build up to it on my own. I did that over the summer and ran a 5k, but I haven't kept up with it and will probably have to start from scratch again.

Yeah I work out, not so much lately. When I do I run/jog, do pilates, and lift small weights for my arms. We also have a weight lifter for your legs/thighs which is really nice. Can't wait for summer, then I can bike ride and roller blade

I am probably a fanatic about working out. I run, lift some weights, kick-box and do some yoga. Exercise has been positive in my life and I would swear that it even to my sex life.

I am fortunate that I sometimes lead workout groups at work which certainly helps with exercise time.

Since I recently turned 29, I am even more motivated!

Zumba!

I do Zumba and I trying to start slowly into jogging/running by walking around my neighborhood for about half an hour a few times a week.

I'm going out of town this weekend, but I'll be around The Strand in Galveston so I'll get TONS of walking in there.

Mostly I do the Zumba at home on my Wii, but I might look into live classes in the future. I have a lot of fun with it. And it's made me learn a little bit more about myself in the process.

I try to do cardio but I don't always have the time. I end up doing it about once a week...sad, hehe.

i do rock climbing, mountain biking, hiking, and yoga. sometimes tennis. sometimes ill go to a gym, but theyre sorta boring.
