In my opinion, nothing about coruroy has ever been fashionable. But it was "the style" at some point. I'm not a big corduroy person and think it's ugly.

Well, now that I think of it, unless it's not thick and in the form of nice fitting, dark colored jeans, MAYBE or on a baby. Still, it's questionable.

Or, actually if you sew a stuffed toy for a child out of corduroy, that's cute. I made a stuffed owl out of pink corduroy fabric for my little angel & it isn't too ugly. LOL. She's three though. If it weren't for it being in a shape of an owl, it wouldn't be so cute.

I dunno, I don't see anyone wearing it but in my opinion if something looks really good on someone it never goes out of style.

Whose to call anything out of fashion. Most of the stuff I see available at the store is hideous and I wouldn't be caught wearing it. Corduroy's are classics that don't go out of style.

In the 70's corduroy pants were very popular, I noticed a few years ago cords were coming back around. I don't really like corduroy for pants, but a nicely cut jacket can be super cute.
