it's awful for me b/c the mail guy used to deliver my packages to my door, but since i started school, he doesn't do it anymore b/c there's usually not anyone here to answer the door. so if i do happen to be here, he still leaves a notice in the mail, which means i can't pick it up at the post office till the next day.

I get all my stuff delivered to my mother's place, because my mailbox is right on a main road and my mailman will drop my postage on it and it will get either run over or stolen. So I find myself callin' mum every day. IS IT THERE YET??

I mostly get impatient now because the god@#$% mailman leaves it in front of my door, in front of ALL the other apartments, rather than taking his lazy ass to the apartment office mere yards away.

Whenever I know I have something in the mail from anywhere, I refresh the tracking incessantly and try to guesstimate when it should arrive. If it's late or past the usual delivery time, I get fidgety and annoyed.

I usually know when to expect the mailman but I do get a little irritated when they are late or the UPS.

Since Eden changed their shipping stuff to USPS for international orders, I have been uber impatient. At least UPS updated their tracking pages, USPS doesn't and I thought my package was stuck in Miami for two weeks. I came upstairs one night and my landlord had left the package at the top of the stairs. Very happy surprise, but super frustrating when you're trying to figure out where you bloody package is.
