I say go for it as long as its not in the middle of huge crowds or I can see it when I walk by. I have had sex in a park and a few other places but most were in a parked car in the dark with no one around

It's a do at your own risk kind of thing. I've heard if you're caught in public you have to register as a sex offender. Frankly I think that's stupid, I know there are plenty of people who have sex in public to avoid suspicious eyes of family and neighbors or to simply mix things up in a long term relationship.

Save it for private parties. It can still be out in the open, but that way it's at a private residence and you're not endanger of exposing children.

Would I do it? Mmmmmaybe? If it were somewhere very secluded and it were dark outside - among the trees in a park at midnight, say. Otherwise, no.
As for other people doing it, I don't really mind so long as they're out of sight and don't do it somewhere where they might disrupt someone else's day. Like in a public restroom, especially if it's a one-roomer and they lock the door. (I have to pee, dammit, go shake a different caravan! )
