they both are pretty HUGE and similar. I have Sexy Spades and once you manage how to plug it in, it sits pretty comfortably in.

I have both and prefer the Sasha Grey. The longer neck allows for more movement, and there are some "ripples" in the Sasha Grey that provide added stimulation. I also find it a bit easier to get in.

The Sexy Spades large is in me at the moment, and I have to say I really like the wide neck. I'm not sure the narrow neck of the Sasha would be as much fun.

The neck width difference isn't too noticeable during use. I find the longer neck of the Sasha allows for more prostate play. They both feel good, though.

The two are about the same to be quite honest. There are some minor difference however I reviewed the Sasha and you can included the differences between the toys here: link Personally I'd go with which ever you find prettier, which for me is the Sasha
