I stupidly lost him in one of many moves. He was my true first, and definitely one of my best.

My first one was a very mini vibrator. Almost like a gag gift. And it was on a keychain which is pretty humorous at this point. And it even had a little bulb so that it looked like a flashlight. It pretty much sucked. But it was the only thing I had the guts to buy at the time.

What's funny is my second one was a feeldoe - which is a HUGE difference. And at the time it wasn't the best choice of a toy because I had only been penetrated by fingers at that point. Ouch.

Neither of the options. My first toy was a dildo style vibrator, a metallic silver (very reflective) one that had the realistic veins and defined head. It ran on two AA batteries and was my best friend from the time I was 14 until I was 18 and managed to burn it out, haha.

A realistic phallic Caucasian colored vibrator. It was made of some kind of material with the word "skin" it it, I'm pretty sure. My Man bought it for me, and just put in into my hand a few days before Christmas one year. I was not in the mood for sex that day, I was stressed, because we have Christmas at our house and I have to do SO much at that time. He just said, "I have something for you." in THAT voice, and I thought, (uncharacteristically for me) "Oh, shit, he wants to fuck. I am not in the mood." and he puts this.....THING...into my hands. I threw it at him, screamed at him and ran downstairs to cry alone on the couch.

I was NOT in my best form that night.

A week or so later, I was having a hard time coming and I knew that....thing....was in the drawer and I just said, "WTF, just get that thing and see what happens." It was actually not too bad. It was not the best made toy. It smelled like a cross between a shower curtain and fake strawberry candy. And, if I put it in my mouth, I'd get hives (so it must have had latex in it. I'm allergic to latex.) and it eventually developed a seam separation. By then, the idea of using sex toys had gotten much better. We bought a Fun Factory silicone vibe and the Wahl after that, and just kept going.

Although it was not a high quality vibe (I can't even find anything like it in Eden's catalog) I have a little fondness in my heart for it. We, of course, no longer use it. But, it was our first. He could have introduced it a little better. But, eventually we got the idea of what this was all about, (after years of "skin only" sex) and moved on to better things.

My partner bought me a cute little purple pocket rocket style vibrator. It had different attachments so you could get a different stimulation. I loved the thing despite how inexpensive and noisy it was. It did what it was supposed to and got me interested in sex toys in the first place.

I'm slightly horrified to admit this, but my first toy was a traditional pocket rocket and I had no idea there was any other kind of vibrator out there.

I bought 2 toys together as my first ever toys: a jelly dildo, and a Fun Factory Gigolo vibe. I still have the Gigolo, and am amazed that Fun Factory still makes the same vibe though it's upgraded now.
