Polka dot baby doll - babydoll and panties set by Escante - review by Sunshineamine

The Polka dot Babydoll by Escante is a nylon/spandex blend that is actually more of a cami and panty set. I got mine in a size medium, since I fall well into that size range from the size chart that Escante provides. The set fits wonderfully, and I adore it, it is definitely true to size. The only thing to note is cup size. The cup size on this set is one size fits most. I wear a 36C or a 34D and that is just about all the boob a size M can contain. If your chest is any bigger than this I would go up a size since the rest of the set will likely still fit in a large due to the stretchiness of the material.

I am 5'2", I weigh 130 lbs. and wear a 6-8 dress size. The top and panties fit very well, but my boobs are barely contained, they spill out of the side of the cups a tad.


This set is made from a nylon/spandex blend as mentioned previously and is very soft and stretchy. The polka dot torso portion and panties are mildly sheer but not completely see through. The cups are very lightly padded, black and on the outside have black floral lace on the outside. There is a satiny ribbon below the bust line with a bow that extends to just under the armpits and not around the back. It adds a good splash of color and I definitely feel that it add sex appeal to this set. The straps are plain black and are adjustable just like a bra. There is no hook and eye closure though, it is a cami style with a stretchy elastic band going around the back.


The cami top is really actually black with white polka dots, and the portions that are white with black dots are sewn on in a panel style. At first glance on the product page it appears as though this is a layered type top but it is actually not. The panels do go around most of the top but do stop in the back.



This set is also very comfortable. The only gripe I had was the underwear tag, which I cut out. In no way will this make you itch. The lining inside of the cups is also very soft and comfortable. I can sleep in this easily and I have, and a bonus is that the cups actually hold my boobs in while I sleep. Many chemises and babydolls let my tatas fall out during the night but that was not the case with this set.

The panties are made from the same material as the top and are stretchy and full bottomed. I love that this actually comes with a set of panties rather than a thong. There is also an adequate pantyliner in these that makes them comfortable for all day wear. The same floral lace that is on the cups is also on the each side over the hips on these panties. They are very cute!




To wash this is wash it in my sink by hand in cool water with gentle detergent. I hang dry. It does dry fairly quick though the cups will take a little extra time to dry due to the light padding.

This comes on a plain black plastic hanger. The top hangs from the hanger and the panties are attached to the back of the top. This hanger can be kept for the top, but the panties won't have a place to go on the hanger. I just put mine in my underwear drawer.




I love this set so much. The top is so cute and modest enough to be worn as a shirt too on a night out. You don't have to wear a bra with this (or at least I won't) since there is light padding in the cups and they shape your breasts nicely. I will wear this set with a pair of jeans,a pair of black or pink heels and a black sweater and go out to dinner, bar or wherever with my man. Plus I will know that I am actually wearing sexy lingerie, and it will totally add some excellent sexual tension between us. (Score!)

I do not wear this as much as I thought I would. I love it still though. As a set I have worn it to bed a few times, but I wear the underwear all the time. They are adorable and sexy and with such a nice cotton liner in them they are comfortable and good for all day wear. On the bright side I took off some more weight so the top fits my breasts perfectly now. I should put this one on again, it's so damn cute.
