The Ultimate Beaver is a basic dual stimulation vibrator. Through the rotations of the shaft and the vibrations of the beaver's tail the G-spot and clitoris can be stimulated simultaneously. Flipped on its back the beaver can also be used to stimulate other erogenous zones. Can be used for both solo and couple's play, though a condom must be placed on the shaft if shared between partners. Anal play cannot be recommended due to the porous nature of the toy's material. This toy has benefits for both new and experienced users.

The jelly for this toy may give some pause, given its low safety rating. The overall texture for the toy is smooth but with some drag to it due to the nature of jelly. Out of the clam-shell, the toy has a slight rubber-like smell, but this quickly fades. It may however be replaced by the smells of the lubes or cleaners that you use with it. For additional texture a smiling woman wearing pearls and hugging herself has been embossed onto the shaft.



Those new to texture may find this interesting, but those specifically seeking it may find that this a bit too subtle.

The overall shape of the toy fits its function. The bulbous end of the shaft works to stimulate the G-spot. The thick tail of the beaver works to push past the labia and provide deep vibrations to the clitoris and the labial walls. This toy has some thickness to it with a circumference of 4 1/2" at its thickest point. This, with it's insertable length of 4 1/2", makes it a good place to start for beginners. One design limitation is that the inflexibility of the shaft prevents adaptability to varying anatomies. The overall length of the toy being 8 1/2" makes this toy a bit big for day travel bout would work well in luggage. While not being obscene, the toy is not discreet in its design and therefore could not be left out on a dresser or nightstand, but should be easy to hide in a drawer or toy box.

The vibrations for this toy are located in the body of the beaver, making for deep and intense vibrations even on the low setting. Those that are sensitive may find this to be too much for them, but those that crave power will be well taken care of. Only steady vibration is available with this toy. The rotations of the shaft can provide well rounded pressure to the vaginal walls and G-spot. The controls for this toy are simple to use.



The vibrations and rotations are controlled separately. Pressing the low button for each also works as the on/off switch. The ease at which these buttons can be pressed may lead to accidental activation/deactivation during play. The vibrator has some noise during use that can be easily muffled. The rotation of the shaft however is much louder and while it is difficult to hear though a closed door, it is not recommended for those that are in communal living situations such as dorms. The required 3 AA batteries currently seem to be holding up well in the toy with no loss in power after repeated use.

The porous nature of the jelly material is like a 5 year old, everything he touches, he brings home to you. And just like that 5 year old, making sure to wash regularly and provide protection when necessary should keep your beaver from becoming infected. That said, jelly material cannot be sanitized. This toy plays well with others in the toy box and can be used with both silicone and water based lubes.

When I first tried this toy, I was blown away by the intensity of the vibrator. The low setting to me felt like at least a medium setting for most of the other toys that I have experienced. I momentarily worried that the high setting may be numbing, but this turned out not to be true. This toy gives me the kind of roller coaster ride I want in a play session; with several spikes of intense, toe curling pleasure, before sending me an orgasm equivalent to sticking a fork in a light socket. If the toy was made of Silicone or even TPR, this toy would be a perfect 5, but being made of jelly makes me hesitant to have it as a go to toy.
