Sidekicks ginger - g-spot vibrator discontinued by O'My Products - review by LostinLife

I was so happy to be getting the Sidekicks ginger bullet for my assignment. I have been in the market for a new bullet, and this was a great opportunity for me to get one.

The Sidekicks ginger from O'My Products is a g-spot vibrating bullet. This bullet can be used for clitoral stimulation, and vaginal stimulation. I am not to sure about using bullets for anal stimulation, due to the wires possibly becoming detached. I personally teased my ass with the tip, but I did not insert it. I think this would be great from a beginner to a seasoned player. There are 10 setting on this toy, so I am sure you will find one that will do it for you. There is even a setting that barely vibrates for those who can only handle a little vibration. The Ginger is supposed to be waterproof, but on the back of the box it states that "Do not use while in the bath or shower." That stumped me seeing how it is supposed to be water proof. I would not use this in the shower or in the bath tub.

This would be a great bullet for you to take with you traveling seeing how the bullet and its wires can detach from the control remote. Plus, a great feature of this toy is that it will only turn on if the bullet is plugged in. I thought maybe if something would bump the remote and hit the button the light would still flash, but I tried it and nothing happens; the light does not turn on or anything, so it should not drain your batteries.

The bullet is a hard plastic, and it is smooth and has no texture. But there was one thing that I did notice when I first held it; it felt like there was a coating of some sort on the top half of the bullet. I thought it might have been some thing that had to be cleaned off, but it did not come off when I cleaned it. I am afraid that this is going to start to peel as when my nail hit the bullet it left a mark. If this happens, I will be so unhappy. Also, there is a seam where the top half and the bottom half of the bullet joins; it is not a smooth seam and can be felt. This seam could be distracting for some users.



The material is hard plastic; there is no give in it. Plastic is a synthetic or semi synthetic polymerization product. Plastic usually is non-porous and phthalate-free material with a firm, smooth texture. It is also a food-grade material, hypo-allergenic, and Latex free. It is a number 8 on the safety scale. There was no odor, and I did not taste it.

The tip of this Sidekick is curved for that special g-spot stimulation. I can feel the curve, but I don't know if it helps me to get off. The different setting of this bullet do set me off, and there are 10 different settings which you can read on the back of the control remote. The Sidekick Ginger comes in two pieces; it connects to each other with what looks like a ear phone plug.

The bullet is 5 inches in length, with 4 inches insertable. This is due to the wire of the bullet that comes out the side of it instead of the bottom like others. It has a circumference of 3 1/2 inches, and the diameter is 1 1/4. The remote control is slightly smaller than the bullet.

I would have loved to have a long length wire, but I do love how you can detach the bullet from the controls.

This was supposed to be a water proof toy, but as I stated before, the box says it is then on the back it says not to use in bathtubs or showers. I would not take it in the bath or shower. This has very easy controls. They are all push button. You push one side down to turn on and of and one side down to cycle through the patterns.
1. Foreplay is a pattern of long vibrations, followed by medium vibes, followed right up by many short
vibes and cycles to the start again.

2. Tease is a pattern of long vibrations to a steady stream that almost last 10 seconds and cycles through

3. Arouse is a pattern of medium vibrations to a weaker vibration to pulse vibration and cycles through

4. Zoom is a cycle of strong to weak vibrations in less then 5 seconds which could become numbing to some
people.

5. Wave this pattern goes from medium vibrations to a little stronger vibration, and then back to medium to a weak vibration

6. Pulsation is a strong pulsating; I love this one

7. Vibration is a medium continuous vibration

8. Random is cycles from medium vibration to barely moving vibration

9. Racer is a pattern that starts light and races its way to stronger vibrations

10.Climax is a pattern of medium vibration that cycles to barely on vibrations then goes straight to
medium vibrations


Along with the vibrations there is a little red flashing light that flashes with the vibrations.

The back of the box gives these care tips: "Before cleaning your O'My Toy, remove all components from the controller and wash them thoroughly using hot water and an antibacterial soap. Then wipe down the controller with a warm damp cloth. Air dry all components and store. When storing, remove the batteries as they can leak and damage the toy."

The box also recommendations are as follows for lube, "Appy O'My Natural Lubricants before using toy. O'My Natural Lubricants will make this O'My Toy more pleasurable and easy to use."

The packaging is a flimsy plastic box, with a plastic holder inside that slides out. You could use this for storage. Not very discreet as you can see the toy through the front of the container. On the front of the box, it also is called a flexi G-spot stimulator. It is a very informative package.

I wish this was a little better quality, I think that ,if this was not the peeling kind of of plastic, this would have been one of my go to toys.
