Be warned, the "small" is pretty big. The material is very porous, too, so wash it as frequently as you wash the rest of you. I've had one for a bit under a year, and the material is beginning to fall apart. But overall, pretty good and realistic (even if the balls are a bit small)

This isn't really that small. The Extra Small is much more a good fit for me but I might get one of these to stick on my bathroom mirror.

I wish there was a model that was a size between this one and the extra small. This one just looks ridiculously long to me personally. That would be perfect for some people but I think a lot of people would like one just a bit smaller.

As a Transman, I am very happy with my Mr Limpy packer. He fits well in either a harness or if you're a Boxer Jock/brief wearer like myself he stays very nicely in the pouch.
