Amazing! First time using it and I was shocked by the amazing sensations I received. Usually, I'm able to control when I cum but this thing took control of me and gave me an earth shattering orgasm. It's shape and materials make it very comfortable, but i did have to warm up to it first.
I've used other anal toys, like dildos and butt plugs, but this thing blew those away... Amazing.
I am an experienced user of prostate units for deep solo-play and I have to day that the design of this unit was just too big for me. I'm 6' tall and weigh 220lbs and this unit provided no movement for me. Movement is essential for prostate play. This unit lodged in my anal canal and stayed put.
IMO -- stick with the Aneros units. They are better designed.

I own the Excel and have not been able to have a hands free orgasm using it but I have had some of the best orgasms I have ever had using the Excel in other ways. My wife lubes my ass up and inserts the Excel and then climbs on top of me and rides me. Something about her riding me while I have the Excel inserted produces some mind blowing orgasms. I think the weight of her on top helps put extra pressure on my prostate. One problem I have is that the extreme curve of the part that holds the rollerball doesn't allow it to go in and stay in as well as it should and sometimes during orgasm the Excel pops out during the orgasmic contractions.
I'm a straight guy who's just very interested in sexual pleasure and have read about and chatted with gay friends about the super-O. Intrigued, I tried the Nexus Excel. At first, I wasn't impressed, I think mainly due to impatience rather than feeling any discomfort. What a waste of money! This product does not produce an orgasm for me. It felt like a sharp poker in me as it dug into my prostate. Don't waste your money. Stay clear of this one.
I emailed Nexus about this and all they had to say was It must be me and I needed to see an urologist. I'm 36 an just had a full physical this past year.
