Have an Excel-lent Adventure of Your Own

If I could only recommend one toy, this would be the one. The Excel continues to amaze me at how effectively it is able to put pressure on just the right spot, while still being hands free.

Use

This toy is designed for prostate massage and can be used without any manual manipulation. By using your muscles, the toy can be moved around to put just the right amount of pressure on the prostate.

The Excel makes a fantastic toy to have in during sex; my orgasms are much more intense when it's inserted. It doesn't really lend itself to thrusting. This isn't to say that the toy doesn't feel fantastic going in; I experience a bit of pre-cum as soon as the toy is inserted. Although this toy was designed for hands free operation, couples play introduces a whole new set of possibilities. For example, I enjoy having my wife rock it back and forth or just hold it against the prostate.

The toy really shines when I'm playing with it by myself. I've found that if I lay on my side, rolling my hips around feels great as the toy is stimulating the entire area.

I've tried to wear this toy under my clothing, but I always feel as if there's the possibility that the handle is poking out slightly. It's possible that my imagination is playing tricks, and the toy is entirely concealed.

Beginners may find this toy to be too large. For me, it's size was actually one of the main reasons that I chose to purchase the Excel.

Material / Texture

The Excel is made up of two parts: a single piece of hard plastic and small metal ball.

The plastic is phthalates free and non-porous. This material rates an 8 on the Eden safety scale. The plastic is not at all flexible. The surface of the toy is very lightly textured. You can run your finger over the toy with little to no drag. Water-based lubes tend to bead up and have difficulty coating the toy, but silicone lubes tend to "stick" to the toy better.

Fresh out the box, the toy had no discernable smell. After use and a thorough cleaning, the toy does not retain any odor.

Design / Shape / Size

The toy's design incorporates a perineal ball on one end of the base, and a curved handle on the other. The ball's placement is intended to stimulate the perineum. It doesn't do much for me, but it certainly isn't distracting.

The handle on the opposite end of the base is very useful. My wife can use it to position the toy exactly the way she wants it, or I can use it to push the head of the toy against my prostate. The handle is long enough that you can easily get plenty of leverage.

The Nexus Excel is not a toy that you could let sit out. Most people are going to be able to figure out what it is for. Likewise, if you end up being one of the unlucky souls to have your bag searched in the middle of the airport, there's likely to be an awkward moment when the toy sees the light of day.

The toy has a diameter of 1.5" at it's widest point, and an insertable length of 3.75". Given the girth of the Excel, beginners would probably be better off choosing a different toy. Since the toy is so incredibly firm, you can feel every curve as it's being inserted. Starting with the head, the toy is impressively wide. Going further down the shaft, the toy only continues to get wider until it reaches a width of 1.5" at about the half-way point. Finally, the neck of the toy narrows as it approaches the base.

Performance

The Excel is awesome. I love the fullness, and the ability to direct pressure either hands free via my hips or using the handle. The ball is fairly useless, but the handle is well placed. It's easy to clean, and I've never been let down.

Care and Maintenance

This toy also comes with a special tool that can be used to remove the perineal ball from the toy. After the ball has been removed, the ball and the area in which the ball sits can both be thoroughly cleaned.

All types of lubes are compatible with the Excel, so feel free to use your favorite water, silicone or oil based lube.

Since the Excel is made of hard plastic and is non-porous, it can be cleaned by scrubbing the toy with mild soap and warm water, or with toy cleaner. It can be sterilized by removing the ball and boiling both pieces in hot water for 3 minutes. If you have a dishwasher, you could run the toy through a cycle in the top rack. You could also wipe the Excel down with a 10% bleach solution to sterilize it. Since the toy is made of plastic, it can be placed anywhere that your other toys may live without the fear of it interacting with other materials.
    • Easy to clean
    • Easy to store

Packaging

The original packaging isn't discreet, as the toy is clearly visible through a window on the front of the package. You could use for it storage if you intend to keep it out of sight, since the toy fits into a form-fitting piece of plastic which will help to keep the toy clean.

Experience

The Excel is the best prostate massager that I've the pleasure of trying out. This toy is perfect, and I find myself reaching for it all of the time. Whenever I use the Excel, I'm nearly guaranteed to have a P-Spot orgasm.

I actually purchased this toy and the Progasm around the same time. I expected them to perform similarly, but they're completely different. The Excel is fun to use and gives me much more control.

I wish that I could recommend this toy to every single guy out there. For some, it may be too large, but for me, the fullness was anticipated and totally fulfilling. It's a toy I can reach for when I'm playing solo, and know that I'm in for a great time with full control over what the toy is doing.

I love to sit down with the toy in. If I lay down and place a pillow under it, the upward pressure on the handle is perfect. Holding a vibrator against the handle sends waves the entire way up the toy.
