Excellent prostate stimulator when you can't have the buzz of a vibrator

If you are an anal player with some experience this is an excellent example of the new Prostate stimulators. Its large size, strong grip and rigid material provide a "full" experience with real pressure just where you want it. I would call this toy silent, but it sure makes me moan in pleasure.

Use

The Nexus Excel Prostate Stimulator can be worn when playing with a partner or playing alone. I would not suggest it for a complete anal beginner - it is fairly large and shaped to put real pressure on your P-spot and stay in place. The ball bearing pressing on your perineum is also a plus, but may be too much for a novice.

The probe is relatively thick and carefully shaped to both fill your lower rectum and put pressure on your prostate. The distinct curves and varying thickness are designed to fill your anatomy. The two separate thick areas and curves make it challenging to insert, unless you are used to insertion with larger toys.

The rigid plastic S shape at the base really grips your perineum applying fairly substantial pressure, both to the ball bearing pressing on your perineum and by pull it places on the shaft also upwards into your rectum. The shape also prevents the excel from being lost inside; that base is not going inside.

This product could definitely be worn under your clothing walking around - I am not going to try it but feel free.

Material / Texture

The excel is made of a rigid, hypoallergenic plastic that can be easily cleaned. It feels like plastic but there are some devices that need the rigidity that only a few materials can provide. It is not in any way realistically shaped - the shape is designed to fill the anus and place pressure on specific spots - and it does.

The texture will not be a problem for novices, but the size of the probe and the rigid material will be a challenge. But, if you are an experienced anal player and need more stimulation, and don't want a vibrator this is the toy for you.
    • No odor
    • Not porous at all
    • Rigid

Design / Shape / Size

I find the design attractive in an abstract functional way. It does what it is supposed to do - it squeezes my perineum providing upward pressure and is pulled up/forward to put real pressure from the bulb at the tip onto my prostate. The pressure is firm and ongoing.

Although not realistically shaped, there is no question this is a sex toy, and if you are a male carrying it, no question it is for anal play.

Personally, I would have no problem traveling with it, but you may not be so bold.
    • Ergonomic

Performance

I pretty much only use this when masturbating. It can definitely be used with a partner - the way it grips you I am fairly certain you can wear this while having intercourse with your partner. It needs no suction cup, nor harness to hold it in.

If you are lying on your back the projecting base can be manipulated by rocking your hips, creating additional pressure on the tip.

Care and Maintenance

The hard plastic is non-porous and can be easily cleaned in soapy water and, since it has no electronic parts can be fully immersed in water. I use Hibiclens surgical scrub to wash it after each use. Usually I put a condom over it when used to make cleanup easier and less messy.

I believe it can be washed in a dishwasher, but don't really plan on trying it.
    • Easy to clean
    • Easy to store

Packaging

Nexus packaging is "store" functional - those big plastic packages that make it hard to steal. At least it isn't one of the impossible to open thermo sealed plastic packages. Not something you want to keep and use to store your toy.
    • Packaging is storeowner not user friendly. toss the packaging.

Personal comments

It just works. It really puts direct pressure in the right places. You can add to that by rocking the arm of the base against whatever you are lying on. The more I use it the more I appreciate it. This gives really excellent and intense anal/prostate stimulation - even without any vibration.
    • Intense prostate pleasure
Follow-up commentary
The more I use this toy the more I like it. Given that it has no vibrator it is extremely quiet yet provides really intense stimulation. Just a little bit of rocking of your hips pushes on the little curved out bulb at the rear of the toy and puts more and less pressure on your prostate. You can really control the intensity of the stimulation, and generally find yourself doing it unknowingly.

Well, have you started with your finger? JK. Nexus makes some smaller ones that are better for a novice - but, since I'm no novice I am not going to buy and test them.

I want to make one correction to my review - the intensity I thought basically applied to vibration, but even without a vibrator this toy provides very intense stimulation on the prostate. So I would give it four squares (?) not one for intensity. I just have to figure out if there is a way I can edit my original review.

I have found a new way to use this toy. Take your best bullet vibe - you want one with a hard plastic body, and attach it to the Excel with one or more rubber bands. Place the bullet vibe along the base of the excel - the shaped extensions that have a ball bearing pointing into your perineum (the front) and the other end curves out and down (at the, your rear.). I position the vibe flat along the middle of the S arm. I find it works best to point the tip of the bullet towards, and touching, the rear curve. This puts the control button nearest your perineum. If you get tight contact between the vibrator and the hard plastic S arm of the excel, with a tight connection. This will give a pretty intense vibration that conducts well through the body of the toy to your prostate. It makes an excellent toy even better.
