I would not suggest it for a complete anal beginner - it is fairly large and shaped to put real pressure on your P-spot and stay in place. The probe is relatively thick and carefully shaped to both fill your lower rectum and put pressure on your prostate. The distinct curves and varying thickness are designed to fill your anatomy. The excel is made of a rigid, hypoallergenic plastic that can be easily cleaned. It feels like plastic but there are some devices that need the rigidity that only a few materials can provide.
