Undeliverable Packages
Any hiccups with delivery: incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept, or being unclaimed at the pickup location?
Don’t worry, we are here to help!
- We’ll issue store credit for the returned items once they arrive back at our warehouse.
- Want it shipped again? We can do that! Just cover the new shipping fee.
My order arrived broken - what do I do?
We're so sorry! That’s not the experience we want you to have.
If your item was damaged in transit, just let us know within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll send a replacement, free of charge.
What if my toy stops working?
All EdenFantasys products are backed by a 90-day warranty. If your item suddenly stops working or malfunctions, let us know - we’ll arrange a replacement that works as hard as you do 😉
