1. Read Policy
- Items can be returned or exchanged within 60 days of your order shipment.
- Damaged and defective products can be returned or exchanged, free of charge.
- Shipping charges for returns or exchanges of unwanted items cannot be refunded.
- Opened electronic media products (DVDs, CDs, video or audio tapes), liquid products (oils, lubes, toy cleaners, bath and body products) and batteries cannot be returned.
- In the event that liquid products were damaged or leaked during shipment, we will replace these items at no additional cost to you. If this occurs, please contact our Customer Service immediately; replacements for liquid items are available within a few days of expected delivery date and cannot be processed via our Return/Exchange Wizard.
- For all orders, please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement item(s) or refund.
2. Pack it up
- To identify your order, return the products with at least one of the following: packing slip, order receipt, or return receipt.
- You can always print the order receipt at:

- Include a return reason: a note telling us what the problem was.
- Include a note stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
3. Ship it out
Print Free UPS shipping label online (US only)
- Visit
Order Status page and locate your order with order # and zip code.
- Click on "Create a return request", complete all steps, and print UPS shipping label.
- Put shipping label on the box; remember to include return receipt, printed with shipping label.
- This shipping method doesn't have a tracking number; we highly recommend purchasing a delivery confirmation.
- Drop off the package at a UPS location.
Request return UPS shipping label by mail (US only)
- To request a UPS shipping label mailed to you, contact Customer Service via Support Tickets or by phone (888) 506-5516 9am - 5pm EST.
- Once you receive the UPS shipping label by regular mail, put it on the box; remember to include order receipt with reasons.
- Write down the UPS tracking number, so you can verify the delivery.
- Drop off the package at a UPS location.
