Was not overly impressed with this little guy. Hubby and I went on a weekend camping trip just the two of us and I bought this to bring a long... Hubby tried it on me, but barely felt it there and it certainly didn't do a whole lot for me. Not sure I understand the ears thing unless you spread em wide the ears can't even access. I am new to toys so maybe it's just me...
