The Flutter is a lovely rabbit vibrator with decently strong vibrations and good tip rotation. It’s also amazingly quiet. It can be turned on and off with the press of a button, and the shaft and bullet can be independently controlled. Waterproof as well, this is a good choice for a rabbit vibrator if the clitoral piece fits your anatomy and you don't need intense internal rotation.

While the rotation of the shaft is lack luster and weak I found this toy to be perfect for what I needed; a rabbit vibe that worked with my anatomy. The toy has elegant lines and many features that make it easy to overlook the obvious flaw. For me, it is worth the price even if I don't use the rotation feature.
