This is the cutest exerciser you will find. Its designed for older women, but will work well for anyone looking for a durable and small kegel exerciser. You won't feel kegel exercises as intensely with this product however as you would with larger barbell style exercisers.

The Kegelcisor is a uniquely shaped slender bar of steel for exercising your vagina. Although expensive, it is more effective than the Smart Balls for those women that need improved pelvic muscle tone.

The booklet showed three groups of exercises that could be done to ensure optimum results, and over the time I've used it, I've noticed significant changes. It does not promise immediate results, but insists that you follow a strict 6 to 12 week plan. However, the instructions did say that some women find instant improvement in their PC muscle strength.
