Ribbed for Pleasure

When I'm in the right mood, nothing beats the Titus. That said, there is a learning curve if you want to get the most out of this toy.

My favorite prostate massager

From among the many non-vibrating prostate massagers that one controls using the PC muscles, this is my favorite. If you like strong pressure on the prostate, the Titus will be a good bet.

Nexus Titus sex toy review

I think I'm a pretty experienced anal player. I say this to give you an idea of what I mean when I write that I've never experienced anything quite like the Nexus Titus before. At first glance, because the packaging reads "ribbed male g-spot massager," I was not struck with much initial confidence in the quality of this sex toy. I mean, the manufacturers must (hopefully) know that there is no such thing as a "male g-spot" and were, in fact, referring to the prostate. Thankfully, after I got this toy out of its plastic packaging and into my ass, I was singing another tune entirely. The Titus is very reminiscent of the famous Aneros family of prostate massagers, of which I own and love the Aneros Helix. However, though I'd quickly recommend the Helix as a good sex toy for someone's first foray into anal play, I would not say the same thing about the Titus because it is quite a bit more aggressive. Though both toys have a bulbous tip, a curved shaft, and a hilt-like handle across the base, the curve on the Titus is far more pronounced and its tip is thus feels far more (wonderfully) intrusive. The handle on the Titus, which—also like the Aneros sex toys—provides a mechanism for exerting some leverage on the toy at one end and for placing pressure on you or your man's perineum at the other, is far thicker and sturdier than the one on the Helix. This thickness is undoubtedly for encouraging you to use it to move the toy around and further stimulate your prostate. In fact, the whole toy seems to be designed with this purpose in mind. Whereas the Aneros Helix seems designed to play harmony to whatever other sexual activity is going on, the Nexus Titus seems to want to dominate the melody. It does this very well. The sensations it produced for me were downright intense when compared to most other anal sex toys; it hit my prostate perfectly and strongly. I was having a lot of fun within moments of beginning to play. All that said, the Nexus Titus is not perfect. Most troublesome is that the shaft is at its widest in the middle of its curve, preventing the Titus from comfortably staying in place hands-free. I found that it wouldn't work as a gentle butt plug, like the Aneros Helix did, and I kept having to ensure that some pressure was applied to it for it to remain all the way inside me. Of minor annoyance was the ribbing along the shaft, which I didn't feel at all. I suspect the device could be improved by instead giving the shaft a more bellied shape. More of a nuisance was the "rollerball" on the perennial point, which also didn't add much to the experience. It ends up simply being one more thing to clean and maintain. And, of course, I am still slightly annoyed it's even marketed as a "male g-spot" device in the first place.
