Have this one and the black flip hole. (haven't tried the new "air" models yet). The stimulation from this is heaven. I can edge for hours or cum as often as I want (I'm multi-orgasmic). The black model line uses a stiffer plastic and the textures are generally tighter with right angles rather than curves like this one. If you like the death grip, then look for the black models. If you prefer to feel the subtle differences in textures, then this one is for you.

OK it is easy to clean when finished and does not require the extra care a Fleshlight needs. If you like incredible suction this is it but be ready for a high level of noise and a lot work to move the device up and down. The "air releases" must be compressed continuously to releive the vacuum pressure. I was talked into this one at the store but have since gotten the fleshlight STU vagina as a replacement. It is not as sleek as the Tenga but for me it works better.
