This toy could technically be used underwater, but I am not sure how that would work. I think you would not get enough friction for it to feel really good, but you could try.

This toy is easy to take care of. Every time you use it you just slide off the piece that holds it together. This lets the toy fold out and apart from each other. Then you can take some soap and water and just gently scrub the toy down. Put it upside-down to dry and you are done.

It has a nice piece to store it that covers the entrance to the toy when it is not in use. The case is very hard and protects the inside sleeve.

This toy should only be used with oil or water based lubricants, NOT silicone lubricants as they could damage the toy.

The toy comes in a large plastic tube. You can see the toy, so it is not very discreet. It also comes with three lubricants. Two are just normal water based lubricants, and one is a warming lubricant.

The toy already has a hard plastic case, so it does not need to be stored in anything. I think most people would just throw the packaging out.
