The Nexus will be softer, the Feeldoe stiffer. It's likely that neither will stay in without a harness, at least until you have very strong PC muscles.
I would totally get the nexus, because I would want to use it with a harness, for more control. The Feeldoe would be a great choice for harness-less fucking.
I've never used one so don't feel qualified to officially vote. However, both look fantastic and I've been interested for awhile! Have you seen the realistic versions? That's exciting.

It depends on the beginner. The feeldoe slim can still be pretty darn girthy for some (like me) who are a very small size "down there". The girth of the insertable part of the "giving" partner is a bit bigger than an inch and a half, while the shaft is only 10% slimmer than the feeldoe violet and only a little bit shorter.
Plus, it's very rigid, so awkward maneuvering can end up in painful poking of delicate parts. The Nexus Jr. is softer and more forgiving if you're bumbling around trying to get things right, but is far less likely to stay in without a harness.
If you're seriously considering to get one of these, my advise would be to strengthen your pc-muscles with kegel exercisers first, and when you're sure you can tug on them rather hard and not make them budge only then go for a strapless strap-on.... or just use them with a harness until your pc muscles are strong enough to keep them in, if you can't wait. It will still feel more intimate than a regular strap-on dildo because it will be conected to your body and you'll feel it as you move inside your partner.
It does definitely depend on the gender and intent of both partners. I highly recommend the entire Feeldoe line for M/F couples who engage in pegging, but only if they are already experienced in the motions, so the only new thing to get used to is the internal bulb. However the only reason I probably don't suggest the FunFactory Share is because I've not tried it, I've heard it's much easier for a woman to wear. For M/F couples interested in having the male wear it (bulb in his anus) for the purpose of doubly penetrating the female, the Feeldoe line would be best because the bulb is very much like a butt plug and stays put well. For F/F couples interested in strapon experience, any of the strapless strapons would probably be equally as useful, and which one is chosen is up to the partners.
No matter what you pick, I strongly recommend you use a harness anyway, these have not yet been perfected for strapless use. I have heard that the Nexus line is the most difficult to hold straplessly, and the Share line the easiest. Hope this was helpful, you can PM me if you have any questions!
