Ok, someone was going to setup and run the Art Club, but do to work scheduling conflicts, they have stepped down. I know that a number of you were interested in there being an Art Club, so is anyone interested in stepping up?

I would love to, but I really can't commit the time either. I can barely make the meetings I'm committed to now, forget about organizing one.

With school, Monday-Thursday I'm completely out. So, I don't know how I could help.

Plus, art isn't my thing really. I mean, if it could be Fridays, sure.

Second Order of Business: New Committees

Eden Gives Back which will meet on Monday March 7th.

Holiday Party Planning which met last night, and will meet again in April to set up the Easter Party.

(these are both new dedicated areas that we have spent a lot of time discussing here in the CEC, and they now have their own area).

Those are very necessary. Parties have become a tradition with us and we did SO well during the holiday donations that there's no reason to stop!

As far as Eden Gives Back goes, we would really like to set this up like a clubs, with a manager who keeps the calendars, events, and club blog updated as well as helps the club members coordinate and put together meaningful charitable events and actions.

If you cannot attend the monthly discussion, all you have to do is read and post on the threads when you get a chance, and get in touch with the club manager (when we find one).
