I always buy a "stir fry mix" bag of vegetables from the frozen section that doesn't have any sauce added to it. I either add meat or egg to it for protein and I use siracha sauce and fish sauce for flavoring. I usually cook it with sesame oil and serve it over rice.
I eat stir fry all the time, usually at least twice a week. It's easy and fairly healthy, and not too expensive to make.
I use different kinds of chili pastes and sauces - depend on what ethnic flavor of stir fries I'm cooking. And I usually like to start my stir fries with minced garlic, shallots and ginger to bring out the flavors. I also use different kinds of sliced meats and fresh vegetables.
