i love dark meat, but am on a heart health diet, so gotta stick to white meat, and skinless, but every now and then i'll treat myself..lol

I'm afraid I only eat the white meat. If I roast a whole one and no one wants the excess then it just goes to waste. I feel bad though so I make stock.
