Get tired too easily doing too much. Go for walks every day at least, to make sure I'm not always sitting.

Typically, I walk to and from work, which is about 1.5h a day of moderate cardio. I do 1h of yoga 3-4 days a weak and I'm trying to add strength training to my routine. I'm also looking forward to when they open the rink for winter so I can go skating.
