I havent seen it yet, but in my experience if it tells a story well and has a lot of heart the sex is just secondary and doesnt matter.

I regretfully was unable to download the entire film and only saw half of it, but the first half was great. I got the feeling from the start that it wasn't supposed to be all graphic in your face sex. It was more about enveloping yourself in the stories being told and imagining yourself in the fantasies and stories. Yes, it did have less sex than other films, but I didn't mind.

I think it depends what you're looking for in a movie. As I was alluding to in my previous question. Cabaret Desire is so much more than porn. It's an artistic piece that has sex in it, and it's still very erotic, very arousing to watch. I don't it's any less successful for having less sex.

For me there are two types of pornography, the first is storyline porn, and if done well, that falls under erotic film, the second is flat out porn, it's all about the sex, and everything else falls to the wayside. They both have merit, but erotic film I can watch from start to finish, anything else is shut off after a very short period of time.
