For adding kink to the Romance lines, I suggest doing things that feel probable to the characters (and your Romance audience) - like using underwear to tie wrists loosely, light gagging, some spanking, but framed in a way that flows with the somewhat vanilla lovey sex... take it to the edge of vanilla and back? Yeah, keeping things relevant to the characters is of utmost importance. I like my sex scenes to blend in with the surrounding story, and throwing in something random is really annoying.
