Yeah, I definitely agree. I love seeing a few fingers in there, because I always have a couple of fingers in my girlfriend when I go down on her. Also, it gives you more to look at when watching the movie.

I've also noticed that women tend to do it more vigorously than men. I see light tongue flicking with men which can't do much for the women and certainly does nothing for me. But I know it's because they want the camera to have more to see. But I like seeing them get ALL up in there.

Per HIPAA, yes medical information is supposed to be private and confidential, but petty local bureaucrats can make a play to scare people into giving up information.

Yeah, it seems like 2/3 of the guys who do porn (and quite a few of the women in girl-girl scenes) don't really know how to go down on a woman.
