I was assigned this toy and was told that it would be shipping friday, june 3rd. It has not updated as to whether it has been shipped or not, and my estimated shipment date is Jan 1st. Can i get some clarification please?
If your estimated ship date is Jan 1st, submit a support ticket. That's pretty much an all year thing (unless the order is placed at the end of December).

If you go to Account and scroll down a little bit, it'll be in the side bar on the left. "Support tickets" and then from there you can see any others that might have been created and also create a new one.
