When having sex I tend to be focused on having sex. If it's an obsession to the point where you cannot stop for another activity, I think it might be an issue.

I agree with this exactly. If you can't stop yourself from cleaning than there could be a problem.

If it's a fetish then no. If you are using it to take your mind off how good it feels so you can relax and be able to reach orgasm I'd say no. If you are cleaning and totally ignoring EVERY feeling that is happening to you then yes it is a tad neurotic in my opinion.

It depends on what you are cleaning....If you are cleaning toys that might be shared between partners then no, that's just good sense. It's easy with a commercial toy cleaning wipe as well! If you are cleaning the carpet or the kid's rooms then, ya that's a bit neurotic.
