Pending Verification?

I have never had this happen before but I placed an order today, early this morning and it says "pending verification". I'm not really sure what that means? I got an email saying my review item had been shipped out but I haven't gotten the tracking number email yet

I'll get the emails saying that the review order has been sent to the warehouse for fulfillment, and then another email later saying that it's been shipped with a tracking number. I know the first can be easy to mistake for the second (I've done it too). That's what it sounds like to me, and if it is that you should get a second email later today or tomorrow.

Did you pay almost entirely with points or gift cards? If that's the case, your order will often show "pending verification" where they verify your order is legit before processing it.

Huh.. I've paid for many orders entirely with points and have never had that show. Very interesting.

I've had this happen before, but only with my AmEx. I assume it's because it's going through their fraud verification.

I paid mine with eden points today but used the little amounts I had before using the larger card. And its the first time it saying pending verification.
