Eden had a 40% off sale on Nob Essence back in September. So, I placed an order to take advantage of the deal. Everything shipped except the most expensive item on the order. The Ergonomic One Finger was placed on back order. I waited several weeks, a month...nothing. So I called and was told it should be in in 2-3 weeks. I waited....nothing. So I called again and was told again, 2 weeks. I didn't want to cancel the order, so I had no choice but to wait. It never showed. I finally cancelled the order for a refund in December.
I didn't hate it, but I was disappointed that after 4 months, I was still not able to get the order filled.
I do understand that sometimes things do sell out and that Eden can't fill an order if the product is not there, but 4 months? It just seems like there could have been better communication along the way.
