No reply to support ticket and it's been a month!

February 19th I placed a support ticket, ticket # 53626
and received the email notifying me that it had been submitted and I should expect a response back within a business day.
It's now March 16th and I still have not received any reply.
When I visit the link for the ticket, it also shows no reply from any rep.

I have my gmail set to allow everything from EF, and I've been receiving all sorts of promotional emails. I've tried several browsers and none of them show a reply on the ticket page.

I was going to place my first order here, but I spent that money at a different site because I've had to wait a month to get a reply here. I'm not able to call during your business hours because of the time difference, and I have no idea when live chat is available.

I'm not sure if I'll even get a reply to this, but if someone that works here actually sees this at some point, whoever is in charge of tickets isn't actually answering them. My ticket says it was sent to Representative(Antoneo Alexander), but there is no reply.

I won't be checking back here since the forum seems to be inactive, so if someone that works here wants to talk to me about this, please email me at the email address listed on my account.
